There are three major phases in the game development process: design, development, and testing. During the design phase, your software engine will perform calculations and create a high level of detail. During development you will work on a prototype to get a feel for the design and learn the basic mechanics, but not to the degree of the final game. And lastly, once the software is ready to release, the software engine will be able to perform all the core calculations needed to create your game. In the testing phase, you will perform basic analysis and create the final game. These two phases may be performed independently, or together, to meet the deadlines set by your company.The creative power of a game is not limited by its visual appearance alone, but rather by the structure it builds around its gameplay and the interactions between player and the game world. Developers use all sorts of creative solutions and techniques to create engaging gameplay experiences.
