Elon Musk's space firm, SpaceX, is ready to make history by launching four civilians into orbit. They will be the first non-professional astronauts to go into space as a full crew. The Inspiration4 mission was developed by SpaceX and Jared Isaacman, the creator and CEO of Shift4 Payments, a wealthy entrepreneur. Isaacman paid an unknown sum to SpaceX for the multi-day trip in order to raise awareness and funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The mission is set to launch on Wednesday night at 8:02 p.m. EDT, with a five-hour window opening at 8:02 p.m. EDT.
